I think it looks like a huge blob or a bloated jelly bean. It looks like crap from all angles. At least the G35 is purdy unlike the other Infiniti sedans...but I digress. Looks are subjective.

My comparision to the Aztek was in that in the second model year, Pontiac revised the Aztek's styling, pumped up standard equipment, and lowered pricing all around (all due to poor sales). Unhead of for a second year model and basically what Infiniti has just done.

Funny how not one negative word comes from NFS4 mouth when it comes to Toyota's or Lexus'.

Especially on one of the ugliest Lexus ever, the ES300.
I can just imagine how he could probably describe it as having "conservative look" or "graceful lines without being overly offensive" or something.
Or detract from it's ugly looks by making comments on how smooth the ride is or how cozy the interior trim is.

Toyota/Lexus isn't the one having to redesign their vehicles, lower prices, and add features in the second model year to get their sales up

As for me and Toyota, there are plenty of Toyota/Lexus designs I don't like (Sienna, MR2 Sypder, Echo, GX470, RX300, Prius)

Anything else you'd like to add? How about a "pouting" icon?

everything lexus makes right now, excepting the GS, is fugly.

the Q45 does look weird... maybe the new one with the G35 front will look better.

And that's the thing. Even though we all have our own tastes when it comes to styling, our opinions on that matter really don't mean squat What does make an impact those are sales/profits and Lexus clearly has the upper hand by far over Infiniti (also, adding features and lowering the price of the Q45 isn't going to help Infiniti out much in $$$).

Currently, Lexus and BMW are going neck and neck for sales in '02 but reports show that Lexus will just barely squeak away with 1st place. Mercedes will pull in 3rd.

lexus is definitely fuglier than BMW for the moment, but bangle is doing his darnedest to make sure it doesn't stay that way

Whatever Infiniti does, the Q45 is still better looking a better overall compare to the Lexus LS430, it's hard to understand why people keep buying that ugly ugly vehicle. Their other cars are good looking though, especially the ES300.
