Infineon 7.5ns or Kingmax 6ns?

Ok, I'm torn on which RAM to get. Which would you choose to have a really good chance of hitting 2-2-2@150Mhz, a vanilla Infineon 7.5ns stick or the Kingmax tinyBGA?

All I know is that the Kingmax is some REALLY fast stuff. I think's it's the best ram money can buy, even thought it has a great price.

The Kingmax 6ns stuff is PC150 and every stick I've heard about has been able to do 2-2-2 at 150. Also, you'll get very high speeds out of it with lower timings.

Good luck.

Ya, the kingmax should be able to do this easier than the infineon, although I have 512mb of infineon 2 256mb chips that both did 150, on the highest settings all turbo cas2. It's all luck I say
