The cost of natural resources would go down though. As well as housing costs.

I think that our species' survival will be prolonged if many but not all of our men become infertile. We are reaching ridiculous numbers.

or if most of the world got out of poverty. In highly developed countries, the average family has 1.8 children, meaning the overall population should decrease. Unfortunately, countries elsewhere more than make up for that amount.

In fact, I believe the overall population of the US is only increasing because of immigration.

If it was truely a global infertility then there is nothing "you'd do".

You'd use up the remaining semen and eggs in labs that were viable and hope the offspring weren't infertile too, while searching for a cure for this. Without a cure you'd be left cloning everyone.
