<< "BUTTER!" was a classic thread from the pre-FuseTalk days. It was started one day as a rant by Nowhereman as to the fact that Butter left in the fridge got hard-to-spread, and how much this irritated him.

The thread naturally evolved into this HUGE jumbled mess, and took on a life of its own. Some blame it for one of the great UBB-Crashes of the time, but eventually it was simply deleted for being too big and unstable.

Someone may have it preserved somewhere.

There have been attempts since to start another "Butter!" thread, but they can never recapture the sponteneity and insanity of the original. >>
