Inexpensive plain analog tuner?

Does one not exist? I'm trying to find a decent Vista-ready analog tuner. Nothing fancy - a hybrid tuner would be nice..
 
Eh I ended up ordering a hauppauge 2250 and I'll use my mce-500 as for the 'cheap' solution I wanted.

Because I'm indecisive. I already cancelled the order for a 2250 and am now looking for something else 😛
