i just switched over to laser as well. . . .picked up a cheap brother network laser 2070N. it's fast and convenient. . . .wish i had gotten one sooner instead of messing with ink jets all these yrs
 
jimbofoxman...Wow, hope the cheap ink doesn't kill my printer. I haven't used any of those cartridges yet.....got me concerned.
 
Get a printer that you can refill the ink yourself.

Also, I have a cheap Cannon printer that has cheap cartrages. About $4 or so. They are smaller...but much cheaper than HP ink.
