But if your not an investigator on this case how do you know what effing evidence there is? I assumed with all the there is 100% no evidence talk you have been spouting off you had some inside track here. Are you telling me you dont?

Of course there might be some evidence! But that possibility doesn't warrant an investigation. There might be some evidence that Tom Shmoe is a child molester but that isn't an adequate reason to investigate his entire life. I'm in none of these categories.
