Manafort just can't help himself.

Dude, can Manafort possibly be that stupid? Maybe he is that arrogant.

The mugshot we've all been waiting for:

So I guess the story is the lawyers requested a trial delay because they had to drive 2 hours each way to meet. The judge said "nah, I'll move him to a closer facility." Manafort and company said "Oh shit, he is going to lose the VIP conditions he has been bragging about, we'll cancel the request for delay." Judge said "lolno, moving him anyway."

Womp womp.

These are usually very interesting to read indictments showing the detail and means that they used to do the acts. The previous one was very detailed.

I find the timing on this trollerifically great. Same time as meeting with Putin and the day after Dems were on a public court railing on GOP that they have done nothing to try secure our election process and instead focusing on personal texts of an FBI agent.

DC leaks and gucifer2.0 were both fake and was actually officers of the GRU.

They hacked computers of software companies that verify votes.

To outline it more: 12 Russian military officers indicted for cyberattacks against both the DNC and US electoral systems, including spearphishing and direct hacking (including keystroke loggers and other remote observation tools). They're the teams behind DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 (we knew those were Russian ops for a while, this just reinforces it).

Interestingly, the indictment also makes a not-so-subtle allusion to coordinating the release of this information with WikiLeaks. In other words, there's an implication that WikiLeaks knew how the information was obtained and willingly cooperated.
