Parts are much more expensive in India. A GTX 750 sells for 9000 Rs. (the cheapest), GTX 770 were selling @ 28000rs. and well.. GTX 680 /780 were 50-60.

The price cuts are non existant. You can still find a GTX 480 @ 30k. The retailers do not drop prices like in the US.
