So I'm looking at state parks and I'm kinda planning a medium gathering for close to a hundred people. I'm planning on reserving a shelter at an Indiana state park (Mccormick's Creek, specifically). However, I'm not sure about a couple of things. First, I've very confused about their rules on speakers. It talks about amplifier and PA systems and how you need to get a permit or license or something. It also talks about TVs and radios and stuff, which, from what I understand, are allowed as long as they don't disturb others. So if I -do- need a permit for an amplifier system, does anyone know what I have to do to get this permit? And if it's alot of trouble/money getting a permit, could I get around it by just bringing a set of nice computer speakers, since I doubt anyone would categorize computer speakers under "PA or amplifier system"?
Second, when they list a "capacity" for each shelter(on the indiana DNR reservation website), is that capacity the maximum number of people allowed under the shelter structure at one time or is it the max number of people allowed in the general shelter area period?
Basically, these questions are in reference to http://www.in.gov/nrc/properties/312IAC8.pdf which is the only real list of rules I can find on their website anywhere.
