Hello guys, I am facing a very weird issue!
I just updated my system today, following are the items which were upgraded, 6700k, Z170 Pro, 16 GB RAM, a new Noctua cooler and a new cabinet Corsair 500R. The hard drives, WD 1 TB Black, and a very old Seagate were kept from old system, along with the PSU TX650 and GTX970.
Now on the older system it would take a maximum of 15-20 seconds to login to Windows completely (inside actual Windows after entering pass I mean), but now with this new rig its taking at least 4 times longer, more than a minute to login to Windows, and even after logging in its taking another good 30 odd seconds to stabilise and update everything, only after that I can click on stuffs (My Computer, Chrome whatever) and it would open, which was not the case with the older system either, even there just after logging in it would start working almost instantly! Now I have not played any games or anything to test out overall system performance but this issue alone is utterly annoying for me, especially when I was very much used with 30-second like boot up time.
Could someone shed some light one this please? I have not changed any settings in BIOS (but I did change the EZ Setting Tuning mode to Asus Optimal, from Normal, which is more performance oriented, but it didn't change anything at all!), and also I am attaching the screenshots from the Driver CD page, which ones I have installed and which I have not. Kindly take a look and tell me guys what could possibly be wrong.
Thanks in advance.
BIOS Settings (You will notice that the RAMs are in A2 and B2 slow rather than A1 and B1, I changed them after noticing very little gap in between the cooler and one RAM module, that can't cause this issue can it?)
And the screenshots from Driver CD:
