Sorry if this is a repost, I tried to find a similar thread (searched for overclocking 9800). Basically the title says it all, so far I have only reached 406 core and 351 memory. Although I could probably go further, when I push up bot the settings higher (not sure exactly how much) my video card automatically underclocks itself 😵. I check powerstrip after running 3dmark and all of a sudden the mem or core speed falls 200 mghtz. I'm waiting for my VGA silencer before I start OCing this again, but when I finally recieve it, will it be beneficial for my performance if I raise the AGP voltage .1 or .2 Vs? Would doing so likely lower my 9800's lifespan significantly?
 
I was able to oc my asus radeon 9800 pro 256 meg ram to 398/728 maybe try dropping the vpu a bit and you'll beable to get a higher mem oc. I don't really know though. The fans died on my video card and I'm stuck with a geforce 2 mx 400 till my replacement arrives : (
