Increase mouse speed?

I have a MS Intellimouse Explorer connected to the USB-port (the old one) and I'm running WinXP Pro. I also have Intellipoint 4.0 installed.

I have set the mouse speed to max in the mouseoptions in the control panel and I also have increase precision checked. My problem is that I think the mouse is too slow anyway. Anyone know how to increase the speed even further?

You have mouse acceleration enabled? That helps.

Check the MS site to see if there's a new version of Intellipoint out.

Check the MS Support Page, there's a couple of documents there... look for mouse acceleration... I'm positive it's in there somewhere.
