Mafia Demo - messed up polygon arrangement in the beginning cutscene that disappears near end.

Call of Duty Demo Single Player - missing textures in sandbag cover.
Call of Duty - flickering lighting everywhere this is a light source.
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault + Expansion - bad fog and flickering textures during fog and some lighting.

Now I don't know about you, but the flickering issue sucks, especially when you are trying to beat CoD and it's there distracting you. Anyone else?

It just started though, that's the weird thing.

I've just played through CoD single player, and have been messing with online play.

Running 5900SE with 53.03's, running 1024x768x32x4x4, noticed no issues at all.

Hey Vian,

You are well on your way to becoming the guy with the most started threads at AT.

Anyway's, I have a P42.8/533 on a ASUS P4P800 with 1GB dual channel DDR.
eVGA GeForceFX 5900nu Windows 2000 SP3 DX9.0b. Call of Duty running flawlessley.

I had an ATI card in here once, but ran driver cleaner and the whole 9 yards before ripping it out and installing my 5900.

So, no lights flickering, and all the sandbag textures are there as far as I can tell.
I dont play MOH.

And I believe that Tabb is a platypus. 😛

The MoH issue is a know one with the Det 5x.xx, messed up fog is a bug they have to fix.

I have the full version of Mafia here and not a hitch on my NV25, still haven't picked up CoD yet(my patience is wearing very thin, may end up picking up a NV35 w/CoD over waiting for NV40).

The problems you are describing sound like the mem is overclocked too much, although IIRC you don't OC.

Temps are fine.

I don't get it, now its fine. 3 hours later. I still have no clue what I did.

It started to do that thing again in the middle of gameplay in that level where you have to defend the bridge - died many times on Regular. Temp was 67, that shouldn't be to killer.

Says the guy with three dozen threads in the past few days bitching about graphics cores and driver glitches ...

Why don't you go "overclock" your junk a little more?
