With its sleek aluminium casing, ARCHOS 97 Titanium HD is stylish, thin and light. At just 9 mm (0.35’’) thick and weighing only 640 g (22.5oz) it’s the perfect tablet for your Android™ experience.

The super HD resolution (2048 x 1536) of the ARCHOS 97 Titanium HD delivers sharper text and images so you will see every detail of your pictures and videos. Thanks to IPS technology the ARCHOS 97 Titanium HD has extra wide viewing angles to make sure that you can share your tablet experience in every situation with sharp, truly vivid colors.

Apple went ballastic over Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, which was an almost completely different animal. Unlike Samsung, I'm not sure Archos has resources to mount more than a token defense.

No profanity in the thread titles, please

Archos will find some way to ruin it like only putting 512mb of ram on it.

(I am a little bitter about my archos g9, it is a good tablet but 512mb ram is pitiful on it...can't complain too much since I got a good price...but I been spoiled by my nexus 7 that I replaced it with.)

That actually looks pretty good and it's not an iPad clone. Impressive.

It does look like a nice tablet.

I doubt Apple will have your same feelings towards it. It looks kinda too similar for them to look the other way.
