What's a religious Hot Deal, getting your soul saved for free? If it is then that's just a troll. But if it is something like a discount on Religious artifacts like Minora's or Crucifix's how can it be any worse than a free Condum threads? As long as it isn't in any way or form an attempt to witness or preach.

If comeone does witness in the Hot Deals Forum he should be banned.. to ATOT

I didn't see anything wrong with the posts for Free bibles and good deals on the artifacts that Red Dawn mentioned. There is no way those threads should have been locked. Instead the people that disrupted those threads should have been given 2 weeks off. As soon as the other troublemakers saw a few getting vacations, I think most of this would have stopped. Now if there were Hot Deals involving preaching and trying to convert someone (personally I have never seen one of those), then those threads should have been locked as well.

I hope the Mods reconsider their stance on this. At least they did not ban the Religious threads for good. If they just make some clear cut rules on how those types of posts can be worded and what they can offer then I don't see why they cannot be posted in the future and the crappers be dealt with appropriately.

Perhaps there needs to be a review of the Hot Deals forum... granted that a hot deal is totally in the eye of the beholder, thread crapping in Hot Deals should be punishable with a vacation... there is no place for it. And there is certainly no place for bashing religion, race, creed, sexual orientation here either. The world is becoming a sadder and sadder place thanks to the likes of Howard Stern who promote hatred and discrimination 🙁
