Big deal. I haven't choked down a Bud since I finished college, got a job, and had a choice. I also no longer gag on Heaven Hill vodka for the same reason: I grew up and don't have to anymore.

Keep the profit at home, do not buy these products any more.

Make better products and your companies will be too expensive for anyone to buy, frankly, AB products suck ass, I can't believe what some Americans consider to be good beer, tastes like rat piss.

do you drink rat piss?

No, and I don't drink AB product, I really don't get guys that live and die by a crappy beer, which it seems like a lot of people do in the States.

Take a tour of the brewery in St. Louis. I defy you to distinguish between what goes into the cans and what goes across the floor in the Clydesdales' stables. Maybe InBev will start making a decent brew under the A-Busch label.

Rice does not belong in Beer!!!

On another note, I love living in the Pacific Northwest. Our beer is so much better than anywhere else.

How do you know what rat piss tastes like?

If I'm looking for some inexpensive beer it'll be Sam Adams, Yuengling, or Carolina Brewery anyways... I like buying USA.

I can taste the difference between a McDonalds burger & one I get in a nice restaurant or make myself at home ... am I a hamburger-snob because millions of people love McD's & think its a good hamburger when I don't ?

Although I am disgusted that yet another piece of America has been sold to foreign interests (joining other companies, ports, toll-ways/highways ... the list goes on and on ...), the following quote is oh-so-true :

Want the trend to stop? Stregthen the Dollar. Until then, American companies are cheap buys

This is precisely what I have been advocating for some time now, via a LARGE increase in interest rates. Not only will this strengthen the dollar and drive down inflation, it will stem the "economic warfare" already being inflicted upon the U.S. (mostly by China). Combined with their "electronic warfare", they're gonna have us over a barrel by the time the real sh!t hits the fan between the U.S. and China.

Back to interest rates ... they need to be in the 7-8% area, not 2%. And "stimulus packages" were the worst thing we could have done for the tanking economy (just drove up spending, thus more inflation and printing of worthless dollars).

I "experienced" the last really big downturn in the 70's, and to give an example of what was done with interest rates to quell it, car loans averaged 14-18%, depending on whether it was for new or used. Conversely, it was easy to realize 6-8% on a simple savings account.

I could never understand how some Americans can be very pro free market... yet get upset when foreign companies buy American outfits. It goes both ways. Welcome to the 21st century folks.

AB selling to foreign interests is bad, for so many reasons. American companies need to stop trying to make a few extra million/year and take pride in their product being an American product. Yes the economy is sucking, and yes most American beers are laughed at over seas. That doesn't mean they should sell to foreign interests.

Also this won't change the crappy beer they make, so nobody that enjoys drinking that crap (instead of real alcohols 😛) needs to get their panties in a bunch.

I agree....one of the reasons I never got drunk that much in college was because all the parties had bud and coors. I can't drink that stuff. It just taste horrible.

When I went to visit my gf's parents, her sister bought a case of Bud (and this ther case..."Milwaukees Best"?). She drank it down like coke and kept pushing me to drink it. I was gonna get some Sam Adams, and she kept saying no to "Yankee Beer".
