In your opinion, what is the best list of the "top" books and/or movies?

Well, if anyone was wondering, I decided to catalog how many lists all the books that appeared on more than 1 of the following lists were on:

BBC's "The Big Read ? Top 100 Books"
College Board's "101 Great Books Recommended for College-bound Readers"
Radcliffe Publishing Course's "100 Best Novels of the 20th Century"
Random House/Modern Library's "100 Best Books of the 20th Century: Fiction"
Random House/Modern Library's "100 Best Books of the 20th Century: Fiction (Reader's List)"
The Guardian's "100 Best Books of All Time"
The Library Journal's "Librarians Choose A Century of Good Books"

I'm going to start with the books appearing on 6 of the lists (I've read 5 of the 13 :/) then continue on to books appearing on 4 of the lists, 3 of the lists, and, if I feel so inclined, 2 of the lists.
