In Win2000 is there something like msconfig?

I was given another system and im trying to find out if theres some kind of utillity like msconfig. The stupid magnifier starts at start up and I can not get it to stop, Im hoping that something like msconfig is in win2000 so I can disable what starts up.

Yes, there are many free utilities like msconfig. I use "Startup Control Panel", myself.

Startup Control Panel

Unzip the file. Run the installer. It will put an icon in your Control Panel labeled "Startup". So, once installed, go to Control Panel, click on the "Startup" icon, and then uncheck whatever items you want that are running at startup.

This one is nice because it lists the locations in the registry they are starting from, so check all the tabs to make sure you see all the startup entries.

Either that or you can get msconfig from winXP and that works. That's what I do.
