I think another place where you can drink in public is probably Las Vegas? I don't remember from my trip out there. But I think I remember LordJezo saying he walked down the streets drinking things...

Not in Virginia...hell, you can't even drink inside bars there! Cops will give you tickets for public intoxication. Well, Northern VA, anyway.

aparantly you can't drink in NYC subways either; we got like a $50 ticket! I didn't think the cops could see through the brown bags either

go there a week B4 holy week starts. Fat Tuesday is the last day of celebrating Mardi Gras. Holy week comes next after that. But in my experience, weekend is enough reason to get drunk (teenagers mostly) and stroll in Bourbon St.:beer::camera::beer:
