Reminds me of that 6 year old who was able to bring a gun in class. They're getting younger committing such a crime and not aware of the consequences. The responsibility sits on the parents on making accessibility possible.

Agree the parents own the bill for allowing the little shit to have that kind of access.

I guess the parent is too ethical to make a call to the credit card company for an unauthorized purchase.

In general, credit card information should not be stored on a phone nor should apps that are not constantly in use being always signed in.
