Hello. I am in search of a power supply for a computer.. Hopefully you can help me. It's for a FIC Condor Mini system from 2004.

Here are the details I put together so you can help me locate it: Help me locate this power supply?

Hopefully you can help me locate this, as I need TWO of them.

Thanks for your time!

Wow, those look proprietary in size. If you don't have luck finding them, then perhaps you can mod an SFX PSU into that space?

Have you tried contacting the manufacture for replacements. May be the only way you'll get a PSU that fits.

problem is that it cannot be any deeper or it will hit the CPU heatsink/fan.

Yup, you're buying lots of problems with proprietary systems like that. Mobo is custom, PSU is custom, CPU HSF is custom. Probably the only place to get replacement parts is from FIC. Sorry, but that PC looks like closet material.

Oh ya, that's a good question. Well, here's the list of things that are in that small case:

1. 2.8mgz CPU +Fan
2. Video card This one
3. DVD rom
4. floppy
5. one case fan
6. 250gb sata HDD
7. G wireless bus card

Let me know what you think, if that 150w power supply would work.

Hmm. . . that's a lot to put on a 200W PSU if you ask me, so I guess the 150W is right out - they're really designed for low power stuff (laptop CPU, 2.5" drives, etc)

Well then, be sure to check out http://www.komando.com - she has good tips for setting up confusers for kids. I was going to say, you could buy some regular PSUs and just bring the leads in thru the hole that would be left when the old PSUs are removed - cheap and simple... You'd also want to ground the chassis of the PSU to the frame of the computer with some heavy gauge wire.

FYI: Laptops are nearly as proprietary as those FIC things...
