In search of a quiet computer...

I've setup my old celeron 400 in an old case with old drives to act as a server and the machine is just noisy. Since I"m planning on leaving it on 24/7 I'm looking for the quietest possible case/powersupply combo available. Any suggestions for a super-quiet case and power supply? My main machine is in a Lian-li pc68 case with a 'whisper' enermax case, and while it IS quieter, its not super quiet.

Find a huge passive HS from a Compaq or something similar.. (they use passive HS' on CPU's faster than 400MHz!) for the CPU cooler, and find an old PS with low displacement and either remove the fan entirely, or replace it with something very slow.. my friend has a P200 server for his place, and the loudest part of the PC is the old hard drive spinning. the PS has NO fan, it's not even that hot, and the CPU is passive cooled.. very quiet system... EASILY liveable.

spray the inside with foam that will quiet it down( like the stuff they use for trunks in cars ) just make sure you have good ventalation! also like others said make sure you get quiet fans drive coolers and silencers etc....! Or just cut a whole in your wall and drywall around it! Or put it in the ceiling that would be cool do you own your own house?
