in need of some LAN software

any software that allows me to share files on LAN, without actually allowing it to be copied? in other words, i want to only allow people to view documents without actually letting them copy them and put them on their harddrive.

no need for software, just use NTFS and set permissions to read only.

Regardless of what solution you go with, allowing people to read the files will still allow them to copy/paste or use save as/save copy, or even take screenshots or print. Using a solution that provides the file as read-only is basically just good for not letting the copy on your computer be changed.
