I bought this two weeks ago for my PC and it's great. That is not to say that the Seagate isn't a good drive as well, but I can say the WD is for sure.
I just got a maxtor 120 sata drive about a month ago and it has worked flawlessly. It has a 3 year warranty also. Just go to newegg and find the model that is cheaper.
Seagate hands down. I used to have an 80GB WD drive, and that thing is so annoying. Loudest hard drive I've ever owned. Plus I hear the seagates have 100GB platters now, so seagate hands down!
Suposedly the only True SATA drive right now is a seagate anyways. The others are just standard ATA with a conversion chip on them and they still have the old ide jumpers on the drive that you set.
