dude, even though the age of concent is 16 that doesnt mean a 30 year old guy can tap it. the concent part has a age restriction of only a couple of years, i think a max of 4. so if she is 16 you cant be any older than 20 or you go to FPMINTAP.

That depends on the states. Some states have a set age, some have age AND age difference. In PA, at 16 you can have sex with anyone. If you're UNDER 16 the 4 year rule applies, so a 13 year old and a 17 year old is legal.
