Nothing to do with age, but parents are often beyond naive about their kids. The screaming brat, if theirs, is simply expressing himself, and isn't he cute when he does it! The 25 year old daughter is chaste and waiting for the right man. The son working at Burger King is just trying to find his way.

though the age may be 16 it is only legal if the other person is no more than 3 years older then the young lady. otherwise it is 18 in most states.
any mature adult that could consider a 16 yo female as a adult Friend is a perv.
