In IE how do I get back the diaglog box that asks me what I want to do with a file that I'm about to download?

??? I unchecked that box on accident and now it auto opens everything I DL!

Reinstall windows.

go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types and find the file extesions you are downloading. Highlight the extension and click Advanced, and enable "confirm open after download" try that and see if it works for you.
