In game pictures FRAPPS

How do I post in game pictures to Anandtech using FRAPPS. Do I need to go through a third party? If so, which 3rd party is best.

Yes, you need a website. The ananadtech forums do not actually host photos, (not many forums do).
I recommend Imgur cuz it allows direct linking to images without issue unlike Flickr or Photobucket.

Am pretty sure our old site, pics.bbzzdd.com is gone for good. Dont use it.

As mentioned, imgur is probably the most commonly used image site for linking these days. Although, I'd probably recommend against using FRAPS as, last I checked, it hasn't been updated in a while, and it doesn't work too well with some more modern games. Going with the built-in solutions such as ShadowPlay or AMD's equivalent will likely offer better results.
