In-forum scavenger hunt challenge (test your search skills)

3. First person to post the correct solution to the complete series (there's a task at the end) wins the thread

Explanation:

After the real scavenger hunt didn't go very well, I thought it might be fun to make an in-forum scavenger hunt of sorts.
I've made a series of clues by editing my own posts from the past. Below is the first clue. It references a thread that I've posted in. Go to that thread and look for a clue in one of my posts.

Clues will be marked in purple (except for one case)

There is a number in parenthesis at the end of each clue. You will need these to complete the final task.

I made some of these easy and some are probably pretty hard. I don't know how skilled ATOT will be at collectively finding things, so I tried to make a range of difficulty. If we get stuck, I can give more clues.
