In excel, how do i get the graphs to have a certain scale, not just....

put on the graph numerically, with no specific distance.

like i want a scale, my numbers are from 56-40 and there are only 5 points in there, i want the scale to be exact the whole time, not just fit to what excel wants.

any opinions/ideas what i mean? if you could describe it better, please try.

Set the axis from 40 to 56 in the chart wizard.

Double click the axis in question, and set the min and max to what you want...
