In case you missed it: Heart performance for Led Zeppelin @ Kennedy Center

They are the gold standard of Rock and Roll without a doubt. Thanks for the link that was awesome.

You gotta have balls to play that in front of Plant, Page, and Jones.

I saw Heart in '81 (IIRC) at the Toledo Motor Speedway 🙂 They did a whole set of Led Zep.

Heart is the greatest female rock band, group, duo, whatever you want to call them, EVER! Eeeeeeeeeevvvvvvvveeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Yup, I saw them in 2008 on the Journey, Cheap Trick, Heart tour, and I thought most people would be there for Journey, but way more people enjoyed Heart, and their set was much better.

wow that was so bad... they should have had Nickelback and Avril Lavigne sing it. I guess they can't afford the real talent. :hmm:

Got a huge kick out of that. Was great watching Jimmy Page getting into it. Glad to see Nancy still has it vocally. One of the greatest female rock voices of all time, surely. Think I need to put on Dreamboat Annie.

Your taste in all things is now suspect.

I'll admit that I'm not familiar with the original song (other than the name, sorry!), but that was an awesome performance! I loved seeing the crowd reaction at the end (with all the famous faces).
