..now we just need the game to stick in the box.
clever. how's that working out for you?Originally posted by: Bootprint
Oh noes, some stole the box cover art. Now they'll have to delay it for 6 for months.
Don't worry. It'll be a while.Originally posted by: Queasy
What's the spec requirements for the game anyways? I am REALLY trying to avoid doing anymore upgrading on my PC for a while.

HL 2 will only be supported by PC system correct? No Xbox since it will look bad right.
Christ you guys are impatient... the game was announced about 7 months ago and you're complaining about delays?Originally posted by: DivideBYZero
The endless delay on this game is getting RIGHT on my tits.

But on the machine above don't expect to see reflective water, dynamic shadows and bump-mapped textures. The game running at maximum detail 50/60 fps, machine required for this is approx 1600Mhz cpu, 256 mb ram, GeForce4 Ti card.
In real life you need the best from a new game so I would recommend a 2000 cpu, 512 mb ram, GeForce4 Ti4800 128 ddr or ATI Radeon equivalent.
The more power the better but not essential with this game."
Found that on some website, but it looks accurate.

I'm seeing places slate this for a NOVEMBER release. If that's true, that would be a fvcking FOURTEEN month delay on the game. That is totally unacceptable IMHO. I'm not saying I won't buy it, because I obviously will, but why even bother setting a date if you're that far off?
