Yes I've had beta access for a while now.

No, no it's not the same. But all anyone has played is the first 30-40 min of the game and everyone is crying about stupid shit, see the beta thread if you need examples. I think it's funny how people bitch about CoD being basically the same same with slightly improved graphics and different skins/guns and how Activision is so crappy bla bla bla then with Blizzard makes changes to their game and before these idiots get a chance to sit down and play the (whole) game they're bitching that it's not the same as the one before it. Just STFU and wait until you've actually played the game for a few days/week before you declare it's all wrong. Will it be prefect? Probably not, I know there will be people unhappy with it either way. Why the fuck can't people wait to complain about a game until they've played it?

I have seen people bitch that it is too much like the D2, not enough like D2, too much like WOW, should have taken elements for WOW, too easy, too hard, etc, etc.

I personally really like what I have seen before and have ordered 2 copies (one for me and one for my kids).

As for the patch, nobody has made a multires program for version 1.13 of the game. If you update over battle.bet you always get the latest version. You have to find the manual 1.12 patch and apply that, then never go online. Which is a necessity anyway cuz its considered a hack and if they catch you using it your code gets banned. So for the love of god dont accidentally hit that freakin button. In fact it would have made sense if they disabled the button in the game, stupid oversight.
