32.
When around managers or co-workers I don't know well, I act like a 30-something.
When I'm around certain co-workers I do know well, I act like a 14 year old. Flipping each other off and randomly calling each other punk-a$$ bitches. (Mostly just with this one guy who's a dev and a girl who is our network/sys admin. They are 33 and 27 and all three of us graduated together with our CS degrees 2.5 years ago.
When I'm on the phone or hanging out with some of my friends, I act about 14. Play lots of computer games, say "dude" quite a bit.

23 and I'm told I act anywhere between 16 and 40. I love Chris Farley humour, bodily functions are hilarious to me. I also volunteer mentoring kids in the community, and hope that I am offering what they need. :)
