Improving lockout strength in olympic lifting

I've been doing olympic style lifting for a couple of months now, and am currently limited by my lockout strength in the snatch and the jerk. I also seem to have an issue with keeping my elbows a little bent rather than fully locked out.

I've been working on snatch grip push presses and millitary presses to increase my overheard strength. Any other exercises I should be looking at? Also any suggestions to keep the elbow fully extended at the top?
