Impossible painting

Im not sure if this should have went in the sticky thread at the top, but I was just wondering if anyone has actually painted a case/monitor etc., and the paint did not scratch easily? I followed the Painting 101 guide at www.pc-workshop.net and after four days, I just glide my fingernail over the case, and the topcoat will come off and the primer is exposed. I used plasti-kote primer, and plasti-kote solid color paint. I followed the steps to a "T", even as far as the EXACT same Meguires Professional #7 car glaze, and the 3M Rubbing Compound (already had them). I dont understand it. I had the oven on the "warm" temperature setting, and I would let the paint dry inside the oven, with the door half open so it wasnt too hot in there, the whole time the temp never rose above 75 degrees Celsius. Thanks for any info/tips on how to paint without the paint scratching off.

No, I havent tried that type of paint. It's interesting....I searched for Vinyl Die paint, and several case modding sites came up. I guess there is no need for a primer layer then if you use the Vinyl Dye paint?
