Impossible Config?

Hey guys, need some help on this one
I'm basically trying to find a 1U that can support a X16 video card, such as the 7950GT

I know some companies such as Boxx solutions have figured out how to do this, but I'm looking for a lower cost solution.
I have heard that the Intel SR1500AL can be adapted to do this and HP has the 1U HP DL145G3 that can do it as well.

But is there another solution? Or does anyone have any idea how the Intel SR1500AL is adapted to support this setup?

I'm not expert on servers but why the heck would you try to cram that in a 1u?
