Importing Data Into MYSQL

I have a webhost (netfirms.com) and I need to import a 63mb .sql file into the database but it takes way to long in phpmyadmin, it timesout. and I tried using SSH but it says mysql server shut down after a while, is there any other way to import that large file into phpmyadmin?

Upload the SQL file to your account via FTP and contact their support. Any decent enough of a web host should get it done for you.
