We've got an exec who, for some reason, choses to use AOHell at his home. He wants to get all of his contacts (we've packaged them in a .pst for him) from Outlook/Exchange into his AOL address book. AOL apparently doesn't know what a pst is.
I've sent him a comma-separated version and an Access db version of the contacts in hope that aol can deal with those, but, since I have no clue as to what the heck aol's client is, what it can read, etc, I don't know if either of those will work either. Aol's help section seems to want me to log in, which I can't, because I don't use thier service.
