I think this has something to do also with those people who after testing the mobo(if your buying a combo) just packs it up carelessly. I was planning to buy from Mo***ch also, their combo stuff. If you take it into consideration the season now of Venice and San Diego, they will want to sell as many as they can, not noticing the carelesness on their side when they pack it after testing. But of course they should also do their own quality control test. It's not only the Mo***ch that has this problem, there's also some etailers out there based on this thread. Because of the CPU season, it's now becoming quantity and not quality.

I wanted to add my .02 to this thread. I have an ultra-d that I bought several weeks ago from newegg and it arrived with the front panel pins bent from contact with the audio module however my switches were fine and it worked properly. The plastic around the audio module had indentations in it from the contact with the pins. This is obviously a packaging mistake on the part of dfi and not on any of the resellers or shippers. DFI needs to take some packaging lessons from abit as I've never had a mb packaged as securely as my fatal1ty was.

Dfi has changed the packaging somehow. I dont think they ever managed to recreate what was happening in the labs but due to complaints DFI decided to move the audio module. I dont know where or what they did but I do know its fixed :)
