Would you have been better off if they charged you and you did get the product? Do your bills go away if the item gets shipped?
 
no, asshole, but at least he would have something to show for those bills.

Now he's out some cash, has nothing for it except more bills.
 
ok this is weird ... my bf ordered me a case sometime last week ... no email confirmation and no billed card (which is a good thing) but Im just worried they might ecide to charge him someday ...

WTF IS GOING ON!! staples here I come, I really need a case =T
 
EMS raised their prices big time. You guys should go back and lower your ratings on their PRICES too. You can still do this even if you've already rated them. Once their PRICE RATING goes down, watch their overall rating hit 3

I havent recieved an email yet .. I just hope they ship my damn 19" samsung 955df black soon... When I ordered it, they had a few in stock and I recieved an email confirming my order. The next day, I got an email stating that it was on back order.. I ordered it on the 26th of july. I emailed them asking them when they would have it in stock... No replyy!!! its been a baaaad experiencing so far. i understand thay might be going through troubled times and what not but this is really pissing me off.. I want my Monitor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I hope they dont cancel my order like some of you guys!
 
I was working on the computer today and did not check my e-mail. After reading this thread I checked and EMS sent the same e-mail (unable to ship your order, in the unlikely event your credit card was charged etc.)
Looks like they broadcast the same e-mail to all of us (last word in e-mail is 'futue')
I could have really used that Antec SX 830 and I am really pissed.
When you order on 07/29, cc charged on 07/30, and then receive this e-mail on 08/04, that is bad business :|
