Important Question about NEW P4 Processor "with 533Mhz"

Hello,
i wanna to purchase a new P4 CPU & i search in newegg &
i found this after that i was confused
so i want to know


1) there is processor with 533 but not called B just " 2.4GHz 512K 533MHz " $191.00 Boxed
& other one is "2.4BGHz 512K 533MHz " $191.00 OEM ???? how ??? & r the defference .. just one boxed & the other is OEM ? i dont think so !!!!

2) How can 2.4GHz 400MHzBoxed is $193.00 &
2.4GHz 533MHzBoxed is for $191.00 ?

i think it must be the CPU with 533 expensive than CPU with 400 ? its the same case in all reseler ?


3) finnaly r the cpu with 533 is really better than 400 Mhz ?

1) Yes, same CPU. One is Retail, the other OEM.

2) Actually, they should be about the same price. (2$ isn't really a significant difference anyways)

3) Yes, it's faster.
