Import from Outlook into Vista Windows Calendar?

I use outlook on my pc. Would like to import the calendar info over to my laptop, and use it on the windows calendar. There an easy way to do this?

1. Open your Outlook Calendar in Outlook 2007.
2. Choose Send Calendar via email
3. Select the date range etc
4. An ICS file is created in the attachment
5 Save ICS file and Import it from Vista Calender File>Import
