Where you'd see the effect most easily is in the Y chromosomes. It probably wouldn't lead to some crisis due to inbreeding as females would still form babby with other men. A lot depends on who's doing the donating of course, if he's heterozygous for some disease, you'd see a lot of it in the grandchildren.
