You ever find that after the runs are gone even a couple days after, you're still a little nervous pushing out a fart?
 
Stop whining. You can take more than the recommended dose...just one at a time for each trip to the bathroom. I have to take 2 - 6 of them a day to control my IBS. They will not hurt you and they are non habit forming.

I haven't slept 2 hours in a row since Friday night. I think a little whining is in order.
