If she's from Nigeria, I'd go with "No".
Otherwise, make sure she's willing to do all the housecleaning, clotheswashing and headcleaning.

I just have to sign a prenup agreement with her for two years, so that she can get her green card.... divorce..
Pretend nothing happened..

... PROFIT!!

any reasons why I shouldn't?

what happens if you meet a girl you really do want to marry?

also, is it legal? can you get in trouble? might as well find that out

I'm 19.. I doubt I'm going to want to marry in the next two years anyways
Legal? Pretty common for people to do it. I think it's more of a don't tell, don't care situation.

wouldn't you need to discuss stuff like living arrangements and whether you are going to have sex? I think you might need to live together to prove to the immigration people that you are really a couple (and that it isn't a marriage of convenience). Also, will she be expecting you to put out? 😛

It is illigal. The government agent will check up on you guys for some years to make sure that the marrage was legit(but they'll inform you prior to visit). You just need to have some pictures of you guys around the house as well as memorizing her birthday, wedding anniversary date, and so on. I think there was a romance movie about it, too.
Anyway, you won't get caught unless you're amazingly stupid.
