IMAX or Marcus Theatre Ultrascreen. which is better.

I went to see Avatar 3 times already, twice in an Ultrascreen theatre and once in an average theatre that had 3D. I wanted to go see this movie in at an IMAX but I hesitate. IMAX showings label the movie "Avatar: The 3D Experience". I hate 3D, I wore glasses that took the brightness from the screen away and I got a massive headache; Pandora is too beautiful to focus in on one thing at a time. Is IMAX truely 3D? And if it isn't, what are the differences between an Ultrascreen and IMAX film (an explantion on why one is better than the other). Thanks

never heard of Marcus Theatre Ultrascreen or whatever it is... so IMAX. I saw the movie once in IMAX 3D and it was fine. My eyes hurt for a coupe of minutes but I got used to it pretty quickly.

I thought Marcus Theatres were everywhere, Ill see what I can dig up on this ultrascreen to give a more refined question.
