Imaging Drive to Drive

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to image an old drive to a new one today and havn't had much luck. My semantic recovery CD is having issues.

Is there some other software that you could recommend I use? Ghost has been my stand by for years, but the bootable CD I'm using is hanging up....Is there a live Linux CD with this capability?

Fark the CD and just put the DOS executable on a floppy disk.

Otherwise try one of the freebees. Here's 'nutha: terabyteunlimited Free Drive Copy. No personal experience with it.

A quick peek at HDClone Free as linked above reveals it is dog slow (300MB/min).

HDD manufacturers generally make such available too but they are likewise slow. If "new" and "old" are different brands then that for the "new" would have to be used.
