It is an airbus test. One of the comments on the vid:
"looks like they will have to put that scaffolding down in the Hudson"

Personally, I liked the "catostrophic failure of a jet engine on a test stand" vid much better. I know how they do that (we have a test cell on base here), and have always wondered how cool it would be to see one of those just take off! 😉
 
Wow, so much imbalance force, the surrounding looked like rubber. 😱

Bet that's insane loud when it happens too. This is why stuff is tested before it's put into production. 😀
